TheRealAutograph’s Fall 2026 Sports Media Internship Program offers students (18+ HS and College) hands‑on experience in sports media, social content, live e‑commerce, and digital storytelling. The Fall 2026 Internship Program will run from August 10, 2026 through January 3, 2027, lasting approximately 21 weeks at our brand new state‑of‑the‑art HQ in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Role Description:
TheRealAutograph is seeking a Content Programming Lead Intern to support the organization, scheduling, and distribution of TRA’s social media content across multiple digital platforms. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, understands social media platforms, and can help make sure our content is being consistently reposted, repurposed, and distributed across all relevant TRA channels. The Content Programming Lead Intern will help manage the flow of content from TikTok to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social platforms, ensuring that strong‑performing videos are not limited to one channel.
The Fall 2026 Internship Program is hybrid, with in‑person opportunities for live activations and remote work for content and social media responsibilities. Interns are expected to commit 15+ hours per week, with flexibility around class schedules.
This is an unpaid internship eligible for academic college credit, with performance bonus opportunities available.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real experience in sports media operations, content distribution, social programming, and digital marketing while helping TheRealAutograph maximize the reach of its video content across every major platform.
Responsibilities:
Reposting TRA Sports‑video content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms
Helping manage and organize the daily content programming schedule
Making sure videos are properly formatted, captioned, titled, and prepared for each platform
Tracking which videos have been posted, reposted, scheduled, or still need to be distributed
Assisting with daily content uploads and publishing across TRA’s social media channels
Helping identify strong‑performing videos that should be reposted, repurposed, or extended across additional platforms
Working with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent posting volume across all channels
Supporting the Head of Marketing with daily content execution, posting workflows, and overall content updates
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and currently be a high school senior graduating in 2026, an incoming college freshman, or an incoming college sophomore for the Fall 2026 semester. Preferred college graduation years are Spring 2029 or Spring 2030.
Strong interest in sports, social media, digital content, and content distribution
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple posts, platforms, and deadlines
Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and short‑form video platforms
Ability to follow posting instructions, organize content files, and maintain a consistent publishing schedule
Strong attention to detail with captions, titles, links, formatting, and platform requirements
Interest in sports memorabilia, athletes, fan culture, live commerce, and digital media
Reliable, consistent, and able to work in a fast‑paced content environment
Basic knowledge of social media scheduling or content management tools is a plus, but not required
Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, Media Production, Sports Broadcasting, or related fields
