We are seeking a talented and motivated
Junior 3D Designer
with 2+ years of experience to join our team and help support our high-fidelity visualization workflow. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to translate rapid design concepts into polished, final production-ready renders under tight deadlines. This is a fast-paced production environment perfect for an adaptive designer looking to sharpen their technical skills and work on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapid Concepting & Rendering:
Efficiently transform initial design concepts and sketches into high-quality 3D assets and final photorealistic renders within fast-turnaround production timelines.
Asset Management & Pipeline Support:
Assist in building, optimizing, and organizing 3D assets, textures, and scene files.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside the creative team to ensure technical drawings and design intents are accurately represented in the final 3D outputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Core 3D Toolset:
Proficiency in
Blender
is highly preferred, or a strong foundation in industry‑standard DCC tools ( Maya ,
3ds Max ,
Cinema 4D ) and a proven ability to rapidly cross‑train into Blender.
CAD Familiarity:
Basic experience handling or converting data from CAD software (such as
Shapr3D ,
Rhino , or
Fusion 360 ) into polygon‑based workflows.
2D Design & Post‑Processing:
Solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop ,
Illustrator ) or the Affinity Suite for texture creation, asset prep, and post-render compositing.
Adobe Generative Tools:
Experience using Adobe generative tools (such as Firefly) to support concept development, texturing, or visual ideation within 3D design projects.
Efficiency & Adaptability:
Ability to maintain a high level of artistic quality and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, agile production environment.
Nice to Have:
General familiarity with comfyUI and its web-based interface for generative workflows.
Awareness of emerging techniques such as Gaussian splatting for 3D reconstruction and visualization.
