Responsibilities
Direct and mentor a team of 9 FTEs
Own the overarching business strategy for Verizon’s ad products
Oversee the development of the GTM strategy and support the Head of Media Sales
Guide the Product and Engineering teams in managing critical third-party vendor relationships
Ensure the team effectively manages yield, pricing strategies, and inventory flow
Act as the primary liaison between the advertising division and broader Verizon leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
Master's Degree highly preferred
Minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in ad-tech, media sales, digital advertising, or retail media networks
Proven experience managing cross-functional leaders and building high-performing teams from the ground up
Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, programmatic architecture, data clean rooms, and digital yield management
Strong executive presence with a track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue growth and managing enterprise-level vendor relationships
Ability to navigate and lead within a complex, highly matrixed corporate environment
