Remote Territory Sales Manager - Payroll & WC Solutions

Hourly is a fast-growing fintech company that simplifies payroll and workers’ compensation for small and mid-sized businesses in the U.S. This field-based role is remote (U.S.) and offers a base salary of $60,000 plus commission and residuals with an OTE of $120,000.
You will own your territory, generate pipeline, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, and build referral partnerships with CPAs, brokers, and banks while collaborating with Customer Success for onboarding and retention.
