Director of Marketing Multifamily Housing Corporate Office, Beachwood OH Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm office hours Integrity Realty Group is seeking an experienced multifamily housing Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for our growing portfolio of apartment communities throughout Northeast Ohio. In this leadership role, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support resident retention. You'll work closely with operations, leasing, revenue management, and executive leadership to create data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. Responsibilities

Develop and execute portfolio-wide marketing strategies Manage digital marketing including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and online advertising Oversee property websites, online reputation, and lead generation initiatives Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships Lead branding, creative projects, and marketing collateral Support lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, and new developments Supervise and develop the marketing team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, hospitality, or a related industry required Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM platforms, and Google Analytics Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
