Responsibilities

Support the design team in the development of seasonal collections from concept through final approval.

Create and maintain accurate technical design packs (Tech Packs), including detailed sketches, construction details, measurements, and trim specifications.

Develop and revise product sketches, CADs, colorways, and presentation materials.

Enter and maintain product information within PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the development process.

Organize and maintain design files, seasonal documents, and sample tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.

3–5 years of apparel design experience preferred.

Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication, fit, and product development processes.

Experience creating detailed Tech Packs for factory execution.

Working knowledge of PLM systems (Centric, FlexPLM, or equivalent).
