Real Estate Photographer & Business Development Represenative

360 Tour Designs provides professional real estate photography, Matterport 3D tours, aerial photography, floor plans, video, and marketing solutions.

Position Summary
Independent Contractor (1099). Capture high-quality real estate media and actively develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, builders, and property managers. Earn per‑shoot pay plus commissions on new business.

Responsibilities

Photograph residential and commercial properties

Capture Matterport tours and drone imagery

Deliver media promptly

Prospect new clients, visit brokerages, network, and maintain relationships

Compensation
Depending on services: $75–$250 per shoot.

Business Development Incentives

Bonus for each new client completing their first paid shoot

Commission on revenue from clients you acquire during their first 12 months

No cap on commissions

Qualifications
Real estate photography experience, strong communication skills, self‑motivated, reliable transportation, computer and smartphone. Drone and Matterport experience are a plus.

Schedule
Flexible contractor schedule with evenings and weekends as needed.
