Senior Program Manager, Capital Projects & Owner's Rep

Black & Veatch is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee large CIP programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will act as the owner’s representative, coordinating third-party designers and constructors while guiding planning, execution, and client communications.
The role demands leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, strong risk and cost management, and the ability to present to senior officials and executives. Hybrid work may be offered after onboarding.
