The Idaho Democratic Party is seeking a full-time Coordinated Campaign Field Director to lead Idaho’s statewide field program for the 2026 cycle. Based in Boise, you will oversee field strategy, staff and volunteers, and GOTV efforts to engage voters across Idaho.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will manage Field Organizers, develop training materials, and coordinate with campaigns and county parties to maximize impact. Regular travel is required.
