Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team by coordinating projects, executing multi‑channel campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, assets and inventory, and helping ensure marketing initiatives are accurate, timely, organized and aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns, events and initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, action items and stakeholder follow‑up.
Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes and status updates to keep work organized and moving forward.
Receive, route and monitor internal marketing requests through completion, ensuring timely communication and accountability.
Coordinate recurring and one‑time email campaigns using approved content, lists, schedules and content calendars.
Update website content, rates, images and operational notices while supporting applicable review and compliance processes.
Schedule, post and monitor social media content; review comments, messages and channel activity for service or reputation concerns during business hours.
Assist with copy development, proofreading and content updates to support accuracy, consistency and brand alignment across marketing channels.
Create social media content using approved templates and brand guidelines; capture, collect and organize photo and video assets for future use.
Partner with the design team to develop creative assets and maintain an organized, current library of marketing materials and digital content.
Coordinate ordering, production, delivery and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items and collateral with approved vendors.
Source quotes, bids and estimates as needed; maintain vendor/contact information, important dates and contract details.
Track, store, audit and replenish marketing inventory so materials are approved, accessible and ready for branch, event and campaign needs.
Support marketing event logistics, including project plans, timelines, supplies, setup support, vendor coordination and post‑event asset collection.
Package and distribute marketing supplies to branches and internal teams; serve as a liaison for materials, updates, hours, holiday closings and related communications.
Provide guidance to internal teams and partners on photo and video capture needs for events and campaigns.
Track marketing expenses, invoices, budget activity, corporate card documentation and related records to support accurate reporting and approvals.
Process invoices and route items for payment with appropriate documentation and approval support.
Support promotional reward fulfillment, including eligibility verification, tracking, distribution, issue resolution and escalation as needed.
Manage the marketing inbox by reviewing, routing and responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
Identify process or workflow gaps and recommend improvements that increase clarity, efficiency and consistency.
Comply with the credit union Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Policy and Anti‑Money Laundering and Member Due Diligence Procedures. BSA training is to be completed within 90 days of employment and annually thereafter.
Complete compliance and career development training as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills: Strong organization, follow‑through and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines and priorities at once. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document next steps, ownership and status updates. Comfort coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, branches and cross‑functional partners. Sound judgment in identifying service, compliance, reputation or escalation concerns and routing them appropriately.
Experience: 1+ years of marketing or related experience, or 4‑year degree in marketing. Working knowledge of marketing channels and content workflows, including email, website, social media, collateral, events and branch communications.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Work Basics
Status: Full‑Time Non‑Exempt
Work Arrangement: Onsite initially; hybrid schedule determined with manager after training.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Flexibility to work after hours and weekends based on events and business needs.
