About the Role
Assists the KUB Marketing Department with various marketing initiatives, helping to create awareness, drive engagement, and promote services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop marketing skills and to gain practical knowledge in a professional setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining contact lists for direct mail and email outreach, organizing promotional events and initiatives, supporting the development of marketing materials, contributing to the creation of engaging written and design content, and proofreading content. This role will collaborate with other teams and departments such as sales, customer support, and graphic design to ensure consistent messaging and branding on all marketing and promotional materials.

Physical Requirements
This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a typical office environment. Duties involve sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing. The role may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items up to 10 pounds. Bending, stooping, or reaching may occasionally be required. Physical demands may vary by position and may occasionally exceed those described above.

Minimum Requirements

Full-time student status at an accredited college or university pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, or graduate‑level degree

Experience in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher

Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills and experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Requirements

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate‑level degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and layout

Strong administrative and organization skills

Prior experience working in an office/administrative environment
