We’re looking for a Recruiting Account Manager who is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and teammates. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted partner to our clients. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting onsite teams and strengthening client relationships, you’ll play a key role in creating successful workforce solutions.
What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through creative recruiting strategies.
Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver quality solutions.
Provide onsite support, conduct check-ins, and ensure teammate success.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive client satisfaction and growth.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance standards.
