To enhance patient prescription experiences, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will work remotely, serving as a subject matter expert on AbbVie's in-office portals and access solutions while collaborating with healthcare provider offices and field teams.
Key responsibilities:
Understand and improve HCP office processes by offering electronic solutions that enhance the patient Rx experience
Represent AbbVie's HCP-facing portals and provide regular updates on functionalities to HCP offices
Evaluate and diagnose areas of delay in patient Rx experiences, implementing AbbVie digital solutions as needed
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required
2+ years of experience with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies
Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics space
Prior healthcare sales experience or experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle
