Vehicle Inventory Porter & Automotive Photographer (Full-Time)
Location: Vacaville, Fairfield, Suisun City, Dixon & Surrounding Areas, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route completion)

Pay: $25.00+/hour (base pay + per‑vehicle photo incentives)

About the Role
Pro‑MotionPix is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Porter & Automotive Photographer to support local dealerships by managing and photographing vehicle inventory for online listings. You’ll travel between dealership locations, stage vehicles, and capture high‑quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company‑provided iPhone and app. Your work ensures inventory is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for customers browsing online.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors. No prior photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops)

Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photography

Capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company‑issued iPhone and app

Verify VINs and ensure inventory details are accurate

Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle readiness and availability

Maintain an efficient workflow to keep inventory updated and live online

What We’re Looking For

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to handle physical activity (walking lots, moving vehicles)

Self‑motivated and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear communication and excellent customer service skills

Comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology

Preferred (not required)

Experience driving manual transmission vehicles

Requirements
