Senior Producer

is responsible for ensuring all aspects of client experiences and event programs are delivered seamlessly and successfully. This role oversees the end-to-end execution of projects, maintains the fiscal health of programs, and ensures clear, effective communication across internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management capabilities, client relationship skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management

Contribute to the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency capabilities while delivering mutual value for both client and agency

Lead the development, writing, and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans

Ensure PCNs are clearly communicated, aligned, and approved by clients

Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed proactively and efficiently

Provide clear communication to clients regarding project scope, timelines, budgets, responsibilities, program status, and action items

Team Management

Manage the event planning process from creative concept through onsite execution using established agency processes and tools

Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure strong communication across all stakeholders to keep projects on track

Mentor and support junior team members, overseeing executional details and encouraging professional growth

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture through ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities

Manage project resources, including identifying, negotiating, and securing external vendors and freelance support when needed

Budget Management

Develop and manage project budgets while maintaining program profitability

Translate project costs into accurate client-facing pricing structures

Monitor and mitigate third-party costs while ensuring high-quality delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and freelance partners to secure the best talent and competitive pricing

Reconcile project costs against approved budgets for assigned program scopes

Creative & Production Management

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative client solutions and experiences

Continuously explore new production methods, technologies, and creative approaches

Ensure the integrity and quality of the creative vision across all deliverables

Recommend new ideas, technologies, and alternative solutions that enhance the client experience and add measurable value

Candidate Profile

4+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or client services

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated strengths in client focus, accountability, team collaboration, flexibility, attention to detail, and professional confidence

Solid understanding of budgeting principles, cost estimation, and vendor/partner management

Experience developing pitches, proposals, and presenting to clients

Interest and experience across Consumer Engagement & Activation, Meetings & Events, and Digital experiences is highly valued

Strong affinity for technology, current industry trends, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Proficiency in common office software and experience with budgeting systems, ERP tools, project management platforms, timelines, and trackers

Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe and internationally for event delivery and client workshops
