Overview

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast‑paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact

Video is one of the most powerful tools Axon has to communicate what we build and why it matters. From product launches and trade show activations to customer stories and executive keynotes, video content shapes how law enforcement agencies, city leaders, and the public understand our mission.

As a Director of Video Production, you will be the operational and creative force that gets that work made. You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, managing internal creative talent, external contractors, production companies, and agency partners, while keeping budgets, timelines, and contracts on track. You’re the person who makes sure the right people are, and that everything they produce reflects the Axon brand at its best.
