Owning the scheduling function company-wide, the full-time Program Scheduler will build, standardize, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across all active programs, working closely with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team leads to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the spacecraft lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Develop, status, and maintain the IMS and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) across all program phases
Establish standardized scheduling processes and best practices for the program portfolio
Perform critical path methodology (CPM) analysis and schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate delays
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business or related technical field
5+ years of experience in program scheduling on U.S. government defense or aerospace programs
Proven ability to independently own and scale a scheduling function
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint
Demonstrated experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
