Global Account Director
Essential Job Functions
A client-facing role that develops the business relationship
Account mapping, business unit breakdown (touchpoints to align regional/global team)
Run QBRs & ensure they are adequately prepared for
Ensure each Crane Worldwide office servicing the account understands the SOPs and executes accordingly
Report Monitoring, Analysis, and Distribution (responsible/accountable)
Conduct Performance management for reporting team
Regular Market Analysis and Industry Awareness to maintain knowledge
Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in the following key areas:
Client Reviews
Strategic Business Plan
Value-add Programs
Process Improvements
Tender Management
Technology Solutions
Lead and review impact and coverage to identify service and opportunity gaps.
Direct account monitoring activities by the team to ensure timely payment and collection
Create and implement business development plans with short-term and long-term business objectives to be achieved globally.

Thorough knowledge of transportation industry logistics and freight forwarding

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 7 years of related experience in sales or account management or operations experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Experience with CRM systems
Minimum Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without company sponsorship
Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position
California required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 - 145,000 annually.
