is actively hiring a

Production Supervisor

to join its team in Wilson, WI.

This working supervisor position requires floor presence and direct engagement with production processes

from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM . The schedule follows a rotating pattern of

2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on . Built-in overtime of 48 hours occurs every other week, with additional optional overtime available.

As the

Production Supervisor,

you will oversee overnight production operations in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, leading a dedicated team while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform production scheduling processes
• Ensure that quality control is being properly implemented
• Learn aspects of production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
• Coordinate and plan schedules for staff
• Coach junior employees to help meet productivity goals

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a food production/manufacturing setting
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus but not preferred
• Forklift certification or the willingness to obtain certification
