Paid Media & Performance Marketing

- Strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, retargeting, programmatic, and affiliate channels; build dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, MER, and attribution.
Brand & Creative Collaboration

- Partner with Creative Art and Merchandising to produce high-performance, story-driven brand content that is distinct and conversion-focused.
Analytics & Reporting

Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a growing marketing team across multiple locations; build a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
AI-Enabled Marketing

- Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, content production, and campaign performance across B2B and DTC channels.
