JOB SUMMARY
Harbour Point Companies is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts across its luxury real estate team, Michael Lawler Real Estate, and affiliated businesses. This role will own the enterprise marketing function across all Harbour Point brands, bringing structure, digital sophistication, and creative direction to an all-in-one ultra-high-end real estate service suite.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Develop and present a comprehensive enterprise marketing plan covering all Harbour Point companies within the first 90 days
- Build and launch a digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, social media content, and email, within the first six months
- Revise and rebalance the marketing budget to optimize investment across print and digital channels
- Implement a measurable social media strategy that increases engagement and reach across all company platforms
- Develop and launch a video content strategy, producing community videos and social reels to elevate brand presence in the luxury market
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the marketing budget across all Harbour Point companies, ensuring strategic allocation across channels and vendors.
- Develop and execute an enterprise marketing plan for all Harbour Point brands, including Michael Lawler Real Estate, Harbour Point Title, Harbour Point Insurance, Harbour Point Concierge, and new construction.
- Lead and direct the marketing team, including a creative director and digital marketing specialist, establishing clear priorities and accountability.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across all marketing channels and brands, ensuring consistent and proactive messaging.
- Negotiate with publications and audit placements to ensure contract compliance, optimal positioning, and return on investment.
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy encompassing paid advertising, social media, video production coordination, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with the listings team on marketing needs for active listings, open houses, and sold announcements.
- Develop and implement a past client and sphere of influence campaign to drive referrals and repeat business across all Harbour Point service lines.
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for marketing deliverables, including listing features, publication placements, and branded materials.
- Manage branded merchandise, including sourcing, approval, and inventory oversight.
- Identify and leverage brokerage tools, preferred vendor partnerships, and platform resources to maximize marketing effectiveness and reduce unnecessary spend.
- Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure marketing reinforces a cohesive enterprise brand across all Harbour Point business lines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with at least some time in a leadership or senior individual contributor capacity
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven, FULL-TIME RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE luxury market experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and optimize a marketing budget
- Strong digital marketing skills including paid advertising, social media strategy, content marketing, and email campaigns
- Video content strategy experience, including production coordination and social reel distribution
- Experience managing or directing creative team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with common marketing platforms and tools
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without close supervision
