Driving client retention, the full-time Renewal Account Executive will manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts through proactive outreach and virtual presentations, while working remotely in the EST and CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls
Generate quotes and close renewal opportunities while addressing client objections
Document sales activities and maintain customer records using Salesforce
Required qualifications
Direct sales experience with a focus on client interaction
Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, particularly in SaaS solutions
Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
Experience with CRM tools and managing sales activities
Ability to initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls effectively
