We’re partnering with a leading North American manufacturer and solutions provider to identify a Vice President of Marketing. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a modern, data-driven marketing function that drives demand, strengthens brand positioning, and directly supports revenue growth across complex sales channels.
This executive will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, elevating customer engagement, and aligning Marketing with Sales, Product, and Operations.
What You’ll Own

Define and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy across B2B and select B2C segments
Build a scalable, insight-driven marketing roadmap rooted in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey design
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives using data, analytics, and customer insights

Demand Generation & Revenue Impact

Lead multi-channel demand generation programs, including ABM strategies targeting enterprise accounts
Own pipeline contribution and full-funnel performance (marketing-sourced and influenced revenue)
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to optimize conversion, attribution, and funnel efficiency
Shape value proposition, messaging, and brand narrative to resonate with technical buyers and decision committees
Support product launches and lifecycle management to drive adoption, upsell, and cross-sell
Elevate the brand from transactional supplier to strategic partner
Equip Sales with high-impact tools, content, and insights (case studies, ROI tools, competitive intel)
Create strong alignment on lead quality, account prioritization, and conversion processes

Digital & Market Presence

Oversee digital marketing strategy (web, SEO, paid channels, emerging AI-driven discovery)
Lead events, trade shows, and industry engagement to strengthen brand visibility and market leadership

Voice of Customer & Insights

Build and scale VoC programs (NPS, customer feedback loops, advisory councils)
Translate insights into actionable improvements across product, service, and experience

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead and develop a high-performing marketing organization
Manage budget, agency partnerships, and martech stack
Drive adoption of modern tools, automation, and AI capabilities

What We’re Looking For

10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership
Proven success driving demand generation and measurable revenue growth in complex sales environments
Experience supporting channel, distribution, or contractor-driven go-to-market models is highly relevant
Strong grasp of modern marketing technology (CRM, automation, analytics, AI tools)
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to operate strategically while also executing as a hands-on leader
