We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic seasonal school photographer to join our team at SCH Photo. As a seasonal photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality school portraits and group photos of students and staff during the academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops, to capture individual and group portraits.
- Pose and position subjects to achieve the best composition and appearance in photographs.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with students, staff, and parents to create a positive photography experience.
- Ensure the accuracy and organization of photo order forms, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Meet productivity targets and adhere to established schedules to ensure timely completion of photography assignments.
- Collaborate with the school administration and staff to coordinate photography sessions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in school photography or portrait photography is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in operating professional photography equipment and software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays during school hours, as most photography sessions will occur during school hours.
- Reliable transportation to travel between schools within the assigned area.
- Some overnight travel required.
