The Orchard is seeking a Manager, Paid Media & Growth Strategy to drive campaigns for LATAM labels and artists from our Chile office. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to design bespoke paid media strategies that amplify releases and grow fanbases across multiple platforms.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in paid media and a deep understanding of Latin music trends, with fluency in Spanish and English.
