Lead Designer - Covers & Interiors for Nonfiction Series

Penguin Workshop, an imprint in Penguin Young Readers, is seeking a Lead Designer to oversee covers and interiors for 30–40 new titles annually. You will work closely with the Associate Publisher, editors, and artists to ensure bold, on-brand visuals that meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include art-directing illustrators, coordinating with freelancers, and maintaining schedules while adhering to brand guidelines. Strong typography and publishing knowledge are essential.
