Responsibilities
Conduct one‑on‑one and team coaching sessions to enhance advisor skills in communication, client acquisition, and retention
Act as the primary stakeholder for the execution and adoption of GDWM and the GPS platform in the region of coverage
Assist advisors in implementing effective prospecting and consultative revenue‑generating techniques
Lead workshops on topics such as client relationship management, goal‑setting, and business development strategies
Track advisor progress against development plans and provide actionable feedback
Partner with leadership to embed growth‑oriented behaviors into team practices
Support delivery of wealth management value proposition thru digital capabilities in GPS and Private Passport
Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and best‑practice guides
Proactively gather and share insights from key stakeholders to inform ongoing process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or sales coaching
Proven ability to influence and drive behavioral change within teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in training or coaching roles within financial services preferred
