What You Will Do

You will have an immediate impact by partnering with our clients, across all levels, to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory and compliance solutions. In this role you will be accountable for growing and managing client relationships, managing client expectations, and becoming the client's trusted advisor that contributes to the "key client" business development strategy. You will develop new business with key clients using industry connections and trends, identify and evaluate risk issues for both Guidehouse and the client relationship, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to ensure quality control and value. You will supervise, mentor, and develop Guidehouse personnel and take a leadership role in firm-building activities.
Travel required: up to 50% of the time.
What You Will Need
BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience or a blend of consulting and industry experience.
8+ years of transferable commercialization and launch experience in a Life Sciences strategy consulting firm.
Experience advising brand leaders, business unit leaders, and insights & analytics leaders in pharma companies to support commercial strategy and launch preparation.
Experience executing projects around segmentation, patient journey, forecasting, commercial model design, sales force sizing, brand strategy, marketing mix, and budget planning.
Ability to work independently under management oversight, managing project components, ownership of workstreams, analytics, and supervising or mentoring others.
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access, etc.) and the ability to use data to guide client and team decision-making.
Advanced data collection, research, and information-finding experience, exploring solutions that challenge critical thinking.
Proven track record generating revenues with existing clients and executing account penetration strategies that result in direct or indirect account growth.
Experience managing projects to timeline, scope, and budget on multiple teams simultaneously.
Willing and able to travel to client sites across the US, up to 50% of the time.
Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
Nice to Have
MBA degree preferred.
Demonstrated commitment and passion for the Healthcare and Life Science industries.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to produce client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to grasp and communicate clinical and business implications of technically complex products and services.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to review work product of self and others, producing deliverables that require minimal rework or editing.
Collaborative and a team player.
Annual Salary Range
$206,000.00 - $343,000.00
