Director of Talent & Culture, People Experience

NBC Universal in Orlando seeks a seasoned Director of Talent & Culture to drive strategic HR initiatives across engagement, culture, and employee relations. You will lead the T&C function, shape IDPs, and partner with leadership to enhance Team Member experience and organizational effectiveness.
The role requires 10+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, and a proven track record in talent development and policy compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Orlando.
