Senior Director, Commercial AI Product Owner

Responsibilities

Lead an AI product for the commercial AI Acceleration team

Build strong relationships with end customers to understand call workflows

Translate needs into product requirements

Own the pod roadmap with clear scope, milestones, success metrics, and risks

Own the intake, refinement, sizing, and prioritization of backlog items

Partner with translators and UX to define problem statements and UI specifications

Ensure compliance with data access, model approvals, risk controls, brand, and regulatory requirements

Lead a cross-functional team through iterative development cycles

Oversee release readiness including test plans and deployment execution

Conduct UAT and production smoke tests

Track and report KPIs including adoption and business outcomes

Partner with other AI pods to ensure integration and continuity of insights

Foster a pod culture of clarity, speed, collaboration, and accountability

Requirements

BA / BS with 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional commercial projects

Understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries

Experience in leading teams

Experience with cloud platforms and tools for deploying AI models (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

Hands‑on experience with designing, training, and deploying AI models

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strategic thinking to align AI initiatives with business goals and industry trends

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Creativity to innovate and find novel solutions to problems

Understanding of ethical considerations and biases in AI

Awareness of privacy and security issues related to AI and data handling

Understanding of marketing, brand management and commercial analytics
