Director, National Ad Sales

Responsibilities

As Director of National Sales, you are an influential leader who develops a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere. You will oversee all national political sales revenue in assigned Spectrum Reach markets, lead client‑facing efforts, and collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of work experience and education
Experience: 10years of media sales experience, 5years of national sales experience, and 2years of management/leadership experience
Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, collaboration, sales, strategic thinking
Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses, knowledge of sales reporting and systems
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications

Management experience of 5years
