Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing strategies for customer rewards program
Build customer-centric marketing strategies based on business priorities
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing strategies
Deliver end-to-end creative development and marketing campaigns
Analyze marketing performance and optimize based on KPIs
Implement integrated marketing plans based on customer insights and competitive landscape
Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Specific certifications are often required
