Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end brand strategy across key accounts, owning direction, quality of output, and overall impact
Define brand, go-to-market, and creative strategy
Lead client workshops, strategic discussions, presentations, and day-to-day engagement
Translate insights, research, audience needs, and business objectives into actionable plans, briefs, and recommendations
Ensure execution remains aligned to brand strategy, identifying gaps and course-correcting as needed
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Medical/Scientific, Media, Account, Engagement Strategy, Analytics, and other teams to bring strategy to life
Manage, mentor, and develop junior strategists, providing clear direction and feedback
Requirements
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, strategic planning, or related strategy roles, preferably within healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or a highly regulated industry
Proven ability to independently lead strategy across complex accounts
Experience developing brand positioning, messaging architecture, strategic foundations, go-to-market strategy, creative briefs, and campaign strategy
Experience applying audience and insight development, including market research, customer insights, segmentation, patient journeys, and behavioral drivers
Skilled storyteller, facilitator, and presenter with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
