Senior Product Manager, Field Optimization Programs

Location: South‑Central & Central U.S. (Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana). Candidates based in Texas or the surrounding area are strongly preferred.
Program Leadership & Responsibilities

Program Leadership:

Design and execute hospital optimization initiatives, including agendas, learning objectives, and facilitation.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with Heart Teams, key opinion leaders, and internal partners to align strategies.
Content Development:

Create and update educational materials based on clinical evidence, FDA regulatory approvals, and market trends.
Operational Excellence:

Manage programs using Salesforce and digital platforms; ensure compliance, documentation, and budget oversight.
Strategic Impact:

Analyze program performance, drive process improvements, and implement automation tools.
Facilitation & Presenting:

Present confidently to Heart Teams—including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators—and communicate complex information with clarity and diplomacy.
Collaboration:

Partner with sales, clinical, marketing, and medical affairs teams to ensure integrated messaging and execution.
Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and transparency requirements.
Proficiency in conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment.
Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with clinical data, industry trends, and regulatory processes.
Continuous analysis of program performance and market trends to inform strategy and program design.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of severe aortic stenosis, TAVR, and related clinical data.
Management of program‑related budgets, expenses, and payments.
Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Eight years of relevant experience (or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria).
Willingness to travel up to 50‑60% (car, air, overnight, limited global travel).
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent with at least six years of related experience in medical device, healthcare, or cardiovascular space.
Proven project‑management success and excellent organizational skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, and other related technology platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with timely follow‑up and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management.
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $126,000 – $178,000 (highly experienced). Final pay will depend on geographic location, qualifications, education, and prior experience.
