- Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and creator trends to keep offerings innovative and competitive.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Influencer Marketing professionals.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key influencer clients, providing strategic counsel and thought leadership.
- Oversee all stages of influencer campaigns, from strategy and talent vetting to execution and measurement.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in influencer marketing with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, preferably agency-side.
- Proven track record of building and executing high-impact influencer strategies for major brands.
- Expert knowledge of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders.
- Skilled presenter and communicator, with experience leading pitches and securing buy-in for bold ideas.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, Meltwater, Lefty, Sprout Social) is a plus.
