Direct Response Web Designer – Shopify & Landing Page Specialist

Natura Labs · Poland, NY, USA ·

Pay:
65.000 - 95.000
Job type:
Full Time

Natura Labs is a fast‑paced, results‑oriented creative and performance marketing team working with multiple e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer brands. We specialize in high‑performing ads, conversion‑focused web pages, and creative strategies that scale.

We're hiring a Direct Response Web Designer
to support ongoing projects with a focus on Shopify‑based brands and landing pages that convert.

What You’ll Do:

Design high‑converting landing pages, homepages, and product pages for Shopify brands

Build clean, responsive layouts with mobile‑first optimization

Create branded visual assets (banners, product sections, headers)

Align page structures with CRO best practices and marketing goals

Collaborate with developers, strategists, and ad creators

Iterate designs based on performance data (scroll depth, heatmaps, CTR, conversion rates)

Who You Are:

You understand

direct response psychology

— AIDA model, urgency, proof elements, scarcity, friction removal, and how layout drives buyer intent

You’ve

optimized landing pages based on performance data

— scroll depth, heatmaps (Clarity/PostHog), form completion rates, CTR, bounce rate. You know why a layout change moves the needle

You can

design for paid social intent

— you understand how Facebook/TikTok audiences land on a page and design accordingly (mobile‑first, thumb‑scroll, fast proof sections)

You’ve worked with

A/B testing workflows

— you can design page variants and iterate based on statistical results

You

align design to copy strategy

— you read DR copy and design the layout to amplify the message, not compete with it

You

deliver fast without quality drop

— brief to finished Figma file in 48–72 hours, repeatedly

You understand

Shopify/Replo constraints

and design accordingly

You have

strong e‑commerce UX intuition

— hero clarity, product hierarchy, social proof placement, CTA hierarchy, mobile checkout flow

Required:

2+ years designing landing pages or e‑commerce (with proven ROI/ROAS impact)

Proficiency in Figma (required)

Portfolio with 2–3 examples: design, goal, and actual performance results

English fluency (async collaboration)

Bonus:

Replo, Framer, or basic HTML/CSS

PostHog, Clarity, or conversion analytics tools

Familiarity with direct response copy principles

UGC/user‑generated content integration in landing pages

Motion graphics or video asset alignment
