Marketing Cloud Product Manager

Role Overview
Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty. We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Product Manager to lead and innovate our Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, improving supporter communications and engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage the day‑to‑day and strategic development of the CRM platform (Salesforce)

Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance the supporter experience

Deliver effective data solutions that drive supporter engagement and business outcomes

Qualifications

Strong alignment to Oxfam’s mission and values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion

Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise email marketing platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a track record of product enhancements that boost engagement and operational efficiency

Expertise in creating complex, automated email journeys and integrating data from multiple sources; proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and related coding languages

Experience managing remote work and collaborating with stakeholders using tools such as MS Teams and JIRA, with strong self‑discipline

Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of best practices and technology trends in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
