AE2S is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Proposals team in Grand Forks. You will own proposals from start to finish, juggling 2–4 active pursuits with 2–4 week turnarounds, coordinating input from SMEs and reviewers, and ensuring quality and compliance.
You’ll work across disciplines, using Adobe Creative Suite to layout proposals, and contribute to go
o-go discussions and pursuit strategy to help win engineering projects.
