Proposal Coordinator: Design & InDesign (Hybrid)

Toole Design seeks a Proposal Coordinator in Boston to support and strengthen complex roadway and multimodal projects behind the scenes. You will manage the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating with technical staff and teaming partners to produce compliant, compelling submissions.
You should bring a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, 4–5 years of proposal experience, and strong InDesign and MS Office skills.
