Requirements
0–3 years experience (agency, studio, or scrappy self-made path)
A portfolio with brand ideas in it
Strong design skills: typography, layout, hierarchy, systems
Curiosity about the world beyond advertising
A point of view (even if it’s still forming)
The ability to move fast without getting sloppy
