Must commit to mandatory shift work—including nights, weekends, and holidays—starting with overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Proof reading, writing, and editing news copy.

Posting content to various platforms.

Audio editing.

Assignment planning.

General newsroom responsibilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of newsroom experience.

Highly efficient writing skills.

Copy editing background.

Ability to work from the downtown Phoenix newsroom.

Digital audio skills.
