Member Programs Lead - Data-Driven Engagement

Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) seeks a Member Programs Coordinator to oversee administration, coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of member-facing programs and services. You will use participation data, member feedback, and benchmarks to measure impact and guide program changes.
You will connect program administration with member education, marketing, and outreach to ensure members understand, access, and benefit from Cooperative programs.
