Onboarding Experience Specialist for New Hires

Caring for Family of Companies in Redmond, WA is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to own the new hire experience. You will ensure new hires are prepared, compliant, and set up for success from day one, coordinating orientations and required verifications.
In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the main contact for new hires, manage background checks, I-9 compliance, and onboarding records, and partner with HR leadership to improve processes.
