Strategic Digital Programs Lead

Mass General Brigham is seeking a program leader to drive company strategy, align teams, and deliver on multiple complex Digital programs across the enterprise.
This role requires developing goals, timelines, coordinating resources, and leading technical and non-technical stakeholders through diplomacy to achieve sponsorship and results. You will contribute to enterprise-wide Digital initiatives and oversee multi-site collaboration.
