Overview
The Athlete Exchange, Branded Projects Intern at THE·TEAM supports the strategy and content team responsible for creating, managing, and monetizing athlete-driven digital content across social media platforms. The role sits at the intersection of athlete marketing, content strategy, influencer marketing, branded content, and social media management, helping athletes grow their digital presence while supporting branded partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist with athlete content ideation
Develop concepts for branded campaigns
Help create pitch decks and partnership materials
Write social copy
Track social media performance and analytics
Support talent vetting and roster management
Contribute to branded content projects that may include commercial shoots, paid media campaigns, and custom creative production
Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms, athlete-driven content, digital marketing trends, and the professional sports landscape
Strong writing, creative thinking, and organizational skills
Experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, design, or influencer marketing is advantageous
