Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your trip with us:

Responsibility for the entire production process of all necessary printed materials on board, such as daily programs, menus, daily newspapers, port information, invitation cards, and other special printed materials

Organizing, supervising, and overseeing the production of all printed materials on board

Revising and typesetting printed materials in accordance with the specified corporate identity (CI) and text guidelines provided by the Editorial Supervisor

Ordering and managing paper supplies while adhering to defined budgets

Performing necessary maintenance and carrying out minor repairs on the printers

Diligent archiving of data and conducting necessary inventory counts

Conducting your own quality control and handling all work equipment and facilities in your area of responsibility with care

Providing additional support for tasks that go beyond the normal scope of duties

Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

A bachelor’s degree in media design or communication design, or a completed apprenticeship as a technical draftsman, DTP operator, graphic designer, or media designer

1–2 years of professional experience

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Technical expertise

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Strong writing skills and a keen eye for design

Attention to detail and a precise work style, combined with high standards for quality and service

A high level of motivation, resilience, reliability, flexibility, conscientiousness, and personal responsibility

Ability to work independently

A well-groomed appearance

Tolerance and adaptability within an international team
