We’re not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need someone who sees
what needs to happen, figures out how to make it happen, and won’t let the details fall through
the cracks in the process. This isn’t a single-lane role, it’s the connective tissue of our brand
operation. One day you’re managing a trade show from the ground up, the next you’re auditing
customer pricing data or helping prep a major sales presentation. If you’re an Anywhere There’s
Work To Be Done type of person who obsesses over getting things right, thrives in creative
problem-solving mode, and takes pride in making everything around you run smoother, this job
is for you.
What you will need to have:
Support the sales team by actively participating in planning, building presentations, and coordinating sample shipments to make sure we show up ready.
Manage data and marketing asset entry into retailer and internal systems for new product setups and ongoing updates. Accuracy is everything here.
Plan, coordinate, and execute external and retail-facing events including trade shows and product launch activations from logistics to on-site execution.
Own customer data accuracy. Maintain pricing data, catch errors on incoming purchase orders, and resolve data discrepancies with precision before they become problems.
Plug into product management workflows. Help in tracking key deliverables, following up across teams, and making sure nothing gets lost between strategy and the shelf.
Travel domestically 2–4 times per year to support branded events and activations in the field.
Jump into special projects that push the business forward. We move fast and there’s always something worth solving.
Like everyone on a small, fast-moving team, you’ll occasionally roll up your sleeves on things outside your lane. From keeping the office humming to helping leadership stay organized. No task is too small when the team needs it.
What you will need to bring:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience that proves you can handle the work.
1–3 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, or outdoor goods, or a related field.
An analytical mind that obsesses over the details. You catch errors others miss and you don’t let things slide.
Creative problem‑solving instincts. You don’t wait around for someone to hand you a solution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without losing the thread.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You’re comfortable in data, not afraid of it.
Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal) that keep cross‑functional teams aligned.
A great work ethic and genuine comfort working out of a physical office in Madison, WI.
What we provide:
A fast-growing organization with real opportunity for career advancement.
Flexible PTO policy.
Robust health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
401K plan with company match.
