We are seeking an

Audio Technician

who thrives in fast-paced live event environments and takes pride in delivering flawless technical execution.
This role is designed for someone who:

You will play a critical role in preparing, deploying, operating, and maintaining professional audio systems for live events nationwide. This position supports everything from signal flow and front-of-house to RF coordination, playback systems, intercom, etc.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to continue growing within the live event production industry while working alongside elite-level production professionals.
You Will Own

Front-of-house (Line arrays, tuning, mixing, etc.) and Support System Operations (RF, intercom, networking, etc.)
Signal Flow and Equipment Planning
Onsite Technical Troubleshooting
Audio Equipment Maintenance & Organization
Crew Support & Event Support
Must Haves (Non-Negotiables):

2–4+ years of experience in live event audio production or a similar role
Experience deploying and operating professional audio systems in live event environments
Strong understanding of professional audio systems and design, signal flow, RF, and networking
Strong experience with intercom systems, such as Clear-Com, Riedel, RTS, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Clear and professional communication across teams and stakeholders
Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
Nice to Haves (Bonus Points):

Experience leading or assisting onsite audio crews
Experience with A/V networking and protocols
Certifications or formal training related to professional audio systems, especially L-Acoustics, Shure, and NETGEAR AV.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
