Brand-Building Digital & Radio Content Leader

Townsquare Media in Boise seeks a Digital & Radio Content Leader to drive on-air creativity, digital storytelling, and team leadership across radio, digital, social, and live events. This in-office, full-time role owns brand performance and reports to the Director of Content.
You will recruit and coach top talent, shape content strategy, develop revenue-driving initiatives, and grow engaged audiences while building partnerships in the local market.
