Position Summary
We are looking for a bilingual Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to create engaging content, manage social media channels, support marketing initiatives, and help grow our brand presence across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage bilingual (English & Chinese) marketing content, including videos, graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Video Channel.

Monitor and report on marketing performance, including content engagement, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.

Support livestreams, webinars, podcasts, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Coordinate and execute community events, school fairs, workshops, and partner activities.

Maintain website content and support SEO efforts to improve online visibility and user engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.

Experience managing social media platforms.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with an eye for design, content storytelling, and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Odoo, Wix, Google Workspace, Zoom, and digital marketing tools.

Experience in education, community engagement, event marketing, or related industries.

Basic understanding of SEO principles and website content management.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and social media performance reporting.
